Fun with presets

The Mac preset "Aged Photo" is an oldie but a goodie that has been a little disappointing since updating my Lightroom software to 4...something.  So, after looking around online for someone else to fix my problems, I decided to try my own hand at making what I wanted and saving my work.  This isn't vastly different from other presets you can find online...but it's tweaked for my window lighting which is nice. were are (note: no other retouching done yet).  Introducing what I lovingly call:

 Sepia.Pink.Smoothie ;)

I love this preset!

I'm pretty new to Lightroom & I've always wondered where to get presets that I knew would be virus-free? I felt a little leery downloading free ones online. When you're not making them yourself, any recommendations on where to get a basic set of different looks?

I don't know about the safety of downloading presets... I guess I didn't really think about that when I downloaded some of them. I usually found them on blogs and photo site that didn't seem sketch. "OnOne perfect preset" is a huge group of free presets that are quite exhaustive. You may need to delete ones you don't like there are so many. I just googled that and looked for the free download, there is a more complete download that cost money that I've never used. :)

Best wishes! :)
